The Happiness Project
I was lucky enough to create a bunch of artwork for the trailer for this Juno award winning album.
This collaboration with director Christopher Mills ended up creating a cascade of beautiful collaborative opportunities thereafter.

The Happiness Project – Kingston, Ontario 2010

My drawings for The Happiness Project in Kingston, Ontario 2010
Each drawing represents an animal or insect here on earth that has one or more heightened senses. Goats have panoramic vision; some moles can smell underwater; owls have extremely sensitive hearing; the manatee is covered in tactile hairs and can detect changes in weather, temperature, and tidal forces from a distance; the owl sees best at night, the eagle sees best during the day; a butterfly tastes with its feet; catfish have more than hundreds of thousands of taste receptors covering their bodies and have a highly developed sense of taste; and the bear has a heightened sense of smell. (Had I known about how incredible the platypus was, it would have definitely been featured as well)
